You will be responsible for your round-trip travel and ground transportation to and from The Broadmoor. The closest local airport is COS. The closest international airport is DEN.
The resort offers airport transportation upon advanced request.
- Colorado Springs Airport (COS) — approximately 20-minute drive
- Denver International Airport (DEN) — approximately 90-minute drive

When Arranging Travel:
Please plan to arrive by 4:00 p.m. MST for check in on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
Plan to depart the hotel after 1:00 p.m. MST for check out on September 21, 2025.
- Sessions will end in time for you to check out of your room, and late check out will be available upon request.
- Bellman are available to store luggage Sunday morning.
- After checking out, feel free to continue enjoying all the amenities and experiences at The Broadmoor for the remainder of the day.
If you will have a vehicle, parking is available. $40 for overnight valet and $30 for overnight self-parking
Broadmoor Transportation:
The Broadmoor’s partners at Gray Line offer Shuttle Transportation, as well as Private Sedans and SUVs to/from the Colorado Springs Airport (COS). Only Private Sedan and SUV service is available to and from the Denver International Airport (DEN).
Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance.
